Life and Wellness Coaching
In these individualised sessions, we work with you, either in-person or virtually, to clarify and achieve your goals by processing and understanding your thoughts and feelings to generate confident decision making. We address internal narrative, emotions, socialisation and cultural influence, lifestyle, resources and scheduling.
We do both one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
We work with you to:

Strategize and implement action to achieve your goals
Cultivate and explore self-discovery
Identify and understand emotions and traumas
Back-track uncomfortable thoughts to their source

Deconstruct limiting beliefs and negative self-talk
We have a free, 20-minute consultation and the standard first assessment session is 1.5 hours, and all other sessions are 1 hour. However, we can adjust the times to fit your schedule if you have limited time.
