Our Professional Wellness Services

When we are overwhelmed, we can feel stuck and have a hard time finding our way forward.

If you are in this situation and you made it to this page, congratulations! You’ve made a huge step in your wellness journey!

There are a lot of wellness coaches and services out there, and if you are struggling to figure out what you need, what you need is THE BASICS.

We all have goals and ambitions, but if we do not have a solid FOUNDATION, anything we build will eventually crumble.

Through our wellness coaching and workshops, Emily will help you explore fundamental mental and emotional tools to develop a more constructive relationship with your mind and your peers. Once we understand how to effectively engage with our thoughts and feelings to achieve our goals, anything is possible!

Our species is currently faced with the greatest eco-social crisis in known history, and our survival starts with learning to care for our selves. However, embracing the unique, intrinsic beauty and power that we each hold can be challenging if we are constantly distracted by the chaotic musings of the mind.”

Customizable Workshops and Seminars

Emily can speak to a great variety of topics, and can sculpt unique workshops and seminars to suit your needs.

If you have something in particular you would like to address with your team, please reach out to see how we can create a workshop, seminar, or series that caters to your preference. Our planning process involves an optional questionnaire which would be sent to participants ahead of time, the responses to which would help us to create a session that effectively addresses the concerns of attendees.

In a Workshop setting, we use activities to engage and challenge attendees to explore the relevant issues through self-reflection and group exploration.

In a Seminar setting, we design a questionnaire that inquires after the concerns, curiosities and questions of participants related to the particular topic. We then put together a presentation that addresses the common questions while providing education through graphics and stories.

Some of the topics Emily can address in either a Workshop or Seminar style session include:

  • Bias, Algorithmic Bias, and the Psychology of Discrimination (Em’s specialty!)

  • Digital Wellbeing

  • Perception of Self

  • Meditation and Mindfulness

  • Communication Skills

  • Giving and Receiving Feedback

  • Decision-Making

  • Conflict Mitigation

  • Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Digital Health and Regulation

  • Diversity and Inclusion

  • Colonization and Decolonization of Mind and Systems

  • The Intersection of Humanity and Technology

  • Algorithmic and Subconscious Bias

  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence

  • The Relationship Between the Conscious and Subconscious Mind

  • Dream Analysis

These are only a few to get started. If you have something in mind that you think we might be able to help you with, please feel free to reach out and ask!

Please note, that we are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, so the cost of in-person sessions will include travel expenses. Although we can accommodate virtual workshops, we find that in-person is the most effective and engaging format that procures longer-lasting, higher-impact results, so we recommend opting in-person workshops and seminars.

Corporate Wellness

As leaders, we don’t need to have all the right answers. Instead, we need to understand who we have on our team, and which questions to ask whom.

Our corporations and organisations are incredible entities that have massive influence in the world, but all these corporations really are, are collectives of people trying to do their best.

In a world where so many corporations are under fire for their practices and motives, we must not forget who we are working with, which is people.

At It’ll be alwright®, we are committed to tackling collective issues by elevating individuals, and our Wellness Workshops and Programs are geared to reinvigorate the corporate world with information and techniques on mental and emotional wellbeing you’d wish you’d learned in school!

Through our customizable Corporate Wellness Workshops and Programs, Emily provides Mind Management and Thought Organisation tools that will reframe you and your team’s perspective of self and wellbeing. Emily will teach you how to work constructively with your mind and each other to bolster results, increase efficiency, and improve decision making.

If you seek to reset your team’s perspective, boost moral and productivity, or transition into a greater version of your business, reach out for a free consultation today!

All of the It’ll be alwright® Wellness Workshops are applicable to any age group, and modifications can easily be made to suit the various needs of the audience.

Help your students learn how to:

  • Identify and process emotions

  • Recognise and engage with thought patterns

  • Communicate effectively and compassionately

  • Develop mental and emotional fortitude

  • Make decisions with a clear mind

  • Internally and externally address bias

  • Understand the importance of diversity

  • Cultivate a constructive relationship with technology

Our school workshops and seminars for schools are either in-person or virtual, but we prefer in-person because it is more engaging and effective for students.

Please note, that we are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, so the cost of in-person sessions will include travel expenses.

Our redundant behaviours can eventually become barriers that deny us access to our full potential.
